Themeasurement software has the characteristics of friendly interface, powerfulfunction, simple and quick operation, and can provide customization of functionmodules according to users' own needs.
In the CNC measurement mode, one-buttonautomatic search and matching of the set CNC measurement templates can berealized, and batch measurement can be performed quickly and accurately.
Measurementsoftware provides up to 80 extraction analysis tools, including [FeatureExtraction] (such as maximum points, centerlines, arcs, peaks, etc.),[Accessory Tools] (such as any dot & line & circle, fitted straightline, Fit circle, tangent, inscribed circle, etc.), [Smart Labeling], [shapetolerance] , special [Application Tool] (such as pitch distance, pitch angle,slot, thread, round cross, down Angle, rounded corners, etc.)
he trend graph displays the regular trendof the measured values, such as the monotonic and periodic change of themeasured values, which can be used for monitoring the abnormality of theproduction process of producing equipment. Reflecting the status anddistribution of fluctuations in product quality, the histogram can intuitivelyexpose information about the quality situation in producing process, which canbe used to predict product quality and failure rate.

Through quality diagnosis and analysis withstatistical methods, SPC can monitor the product quality and changing trend ofthe producing process. With SPC we can find the preventive solution in theproducing process, so that the subsequent inspection and repair are reduced.Consequently, the producing process control and product quality improvement areachieved.
The measurement results and their mainstatistical values (such as average, σ, 3σ, 6σ, Ca, Cp, Cpk, etc.) will beautomatically recorded and archived. Operators can select different filterconditions for history extraction.
